Supplies:
Verum Cacao Energize
Mixing bowl
Root
walnuts
25 grams (gluten-free) muesli
15 grams of protein powder vanilla
150 milliliters unsweetened almond milk
Roadmap:
Grate a large carrot. Store the grated carrot pieces in a container.
Add to the tray:
25 grams (gluten-free) muesli
15 grams of protein powder vanilla
150 milliliters unsweetened almond milk
Mix everything well with a spoon.
Pour the stirred mixture into a large coffee glass.
Get another glass. Mix the contents of a sachet of Verum Cacao Energize in this glass with a little boiling water. Let this glass stand for a while.
Add the walnuts to the large coffee glass on top of the stirred mixture with carrot, granola, protein powder and unsweetened almond milk.
Add the glass with the Verum Cacao Energize last to the large coffee glass. Voila!
